Dogs remind us that true devotion knows no bounds – especially when it comes to caring for one of their own!
Adonis and Titan, a father-and-son duo of abandoned bully mixes, were found starving, weak, and with "mouths full of broken teeth," seeking shelter in rural Kentucky. [1]
Adonis, an older blind dog, relied heavily on his son, Titan, for survival.
They were taken in by a kind woman during a rainstorm and later cared for by the Blind Dog Rescue Alliance (BDRA). Now, they live with their foster guardian, Jennifer Hill!
The dogs are inseparable, and they are each other’s most loyal companions.
“When Titan got sprayed by a skunk a couple of weeks ago, and we had to separate them to bathe Titan, Adonis howled the entire time,” said Jennifer. “And when Adonis ran outside in a rainstorm to potty last week, Titan stood at the door worrying until Adonis came back.” [1]
Dogs’ devotion to love and protection is an inspiration to us all.
All dogs deserve to experience the loyalty and love that Adonis and Titan share.
